Now that we have moved into level 2, I wanted to give you an update on how things are running, and how things will be looking ahead.
Shipping
NZ Post/Courier Post are still having delays with shipping. Orders are being picked up as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours, unless it is on the weekend), but once they're picked up there are still some delays, sometimes up to five days. With stores reopening, this should hopefully start to ease up, but for the latest info on where your order is at, keep an eye on the tracking on the NZ post website.
At this point we will still not be shipping outside of NZ.

Stock updates
Now that we are open again, new stock will start regularly showing up in the store. I'm going to try to keep the updates to one day a week, depending on how long the stock takes to dry once hand washed (now that we are getting closer to winter it's taking a little bit longer!), and how much new stock is available that week. Check back regularly, or keep an eye on instagram for the latest on when new stock is added to the store.
Finally, thank you so much to everyone who has supported the store over the last few weeks since reopening. After being closed for several weeks, it's so nice to be back up and running, and to see things picking up again.
