How long does it take for my order to ship?
All purchases will be shipped within two business days. We do not send items on weekends.
For orders within NZ, we use NZ Post's courier service.
How long will my order take to arrive once it has been shipped?
When your order is ready for courier pick up, you will be sent a tracking number.
Orders $35+ are sent via Courier Post standard courier, which, once picked up, will generally arrive overnight, however it can sometimes take up to 2-3 business days (especially if you are in the South Island or Rural Delivery).
Orders under $35 will be send by Courier Post economy, which means they will still be tracked, but will arrive between 3-5 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays once the courier has picked up the order, so if there are any issues from that point, please contact Courier Post directly.

Orders on average cost us $12-$20 to send, so the rates above are the cheapest we can offer at this time.
We do not charge extra for rural delivery at this time, however as rural delivery often costs more than double what we currently charge for shipping, this may change without notice in the future.
We also offer FREE contactless local delivery - if your postcode is 6037 (Johnsonville, Newlands, Paparangi, Grenada Village and Churton Park) or 5028 (Tawa), we will deliver your order for free. This will either be placed in your letterbox or on your doorstep, depending on the size, and you will receive an email notification when it has been delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for these items once they have been delivered, so if you have somewhere secure/hidden from the street you would like the order placed, please add that to your order notes.

How does sizing work?
All sizes marked on the clothing tags will be noted, however, as we all have experienced, sizing between different brands and designers can vary quite a bit.
To combat this, all pieces will have their measurements noted, so please use that as a guide, not the size it says on the tag.
What is your returns policy?

I've cleared out my wardrobe, will you buy my clothes?
This is not something we currently offer, but may add this feature at some point in the future.
How do I know what condition the clothes are in?
We will try to describe the condition of every piece in its listing, including any marks, stains and holes. All pieces are washed or dry cleaned where possible.
To help with understanding the condition of a piece, we have a grading system:
AA: Brand new, never worn
A: Looks new or near new, in great condition
B: Lightly worn, but overall in good condition
C: Moderately worn but in OK condition
D: Well worn, some fading or repairs needed.
