Reopening in Level 3

I am SO excited that we will be reopening the online store at 9am on Tuesday the 28th of April.

With this, there are a few changes and updates to how the store will run.

Shipping updates

Due to current international delays and restrictions, NZ Post announced that there will be extra surcharges for all international postage.  So I have made the decision to restrict all orders to NZ only for the foreseeable future.  99% of our orders come from New Zealand, but this was still a hard decision to make.  As soon as things ease up, and we are able to, this will be reviewed.

As for New Zealand orders, these are still shipped free for all orders over $50, and shipping costs $5 if you spend less than $50.  I will be sending orders out as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours), however there are some delays with couriers at the moment. Some orders may take up to a week to arrive.  Tracking details are also not being constantly updated once the items are picked up.  I will send the details out to you as soon as possible, but it may sit at "label created" for a couple of days, even though it has been picked up.  Please don't be concerned if this does happen.  This does not mean the order is lost.  It will start tracking eventually.

We will continue to use non-signature delivery, so delivery will be contactless.  I will also be keeping all areas and surfaces in the office clean, and practicing safe hygiene while handling all the clothing and packaging (and of course at all other times too!).

Gift Cards

We will now be able to offer gift cards! These will be available in $20, $30, $50 and $100, and will show up when the store reopens.
