Cream knit long sleeved long cardi/dress with gold plastic buttons down the front. This looks like it's from the 1980s. Brand is Miss Deb. 

In great, lightly preloved condition.

Size medium, which seems about correct. Check measurements below.

Cotton and acrylic.
