Vintage Trelise Cooper Hot Spot skirt

Red and cream spotted long skirt with frill hem (slightly shorter on the front) and elastic waistband from Trelise Cooper. Judging by the tags, this skirt is vintage - my guess is the early 2000s.

In great condition - looks barely worn, if at all.

Size 10. Looks true to size, and I think it might also fit an 8, but double check measurements below.
