NEW PQ Collection dress

Blue, white and peach long dress with v neck, cuffable short sleeves and short/long frill hem from PQ Collection.

Dress is brand new with tags.

Size S/M, but this would be very oversized on a S/M. I'd put it closer to a 14 or maybe a 16, but check measurements below.
