Forever New floral dress

White and blue floral dress with tiered skirt, elastic at the wrists and gold and cream buttons down the front to the elastic waistband from Forever New. Note that it sits shorter than it looks in the photo.

In great condition - looks new.

Size 12. Would also fit a 10, but check measurements below.
