Charlo frill dress

Black short sleeved dress with elastic and frill across the shoulders from Charlo.

In great condition - looks barely worn.

Size small. I think this would comfortably fit up to a 10, but check measurements below.

Polyester with polyester and elastane lining.

Chest (measured armpit to armpit): 59cm (hips are also 59cm across)

Length: 91cm (note that length is approximate due to the elastic across the shoulders)
